John Beckham has commenced his four-year tenure as the Managing Director of the North American Development Bank (NADBank).

Mr. Beckham, who previously held the position of Deputy Managing Director at the Bank from January 2021, brings over two decades of professional experience to his role. His career has been marked by management roles, encompassing extensive expertise in finance, the formulation and implementation of strategic business plans, advancement of economic and social development through capital deployment via financial institutions, formulation of financing structures for renewable energy projects, restructuring distressed investments, and execution of equity investments in expanding mid-sized companies within emerging markets.

It aligns with the joint commitment of Mexico and the United States to progress toward sustainable development by making investments that enhance the quality of life for residents along the border.

Before joining NADBank, Mr. Beckham held the position of Chief Investment & Operating Officer at MicroVest in Bethesda, Maryland. Additionally, he accumulated 18 years of experience at the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC), now known as IDB Invest, where he occupied various roles.
